Terms of Service for SCAICT uwu

Introduction

Welcome to the SCAICT uwu Discord bot (hereafter referred to as "the Bot"). The Bot is designed exclusively for use within SCAICT community Discord server. By using the Bot, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility

To use the Bot, you must be a member of SCAICT Discord server. The Bot is not available for use outside of our server.

User Data Collection

  1. Data Collected: The Bot will collect the following personal information:

    • Username
    • Email address

  2. Purpose of Data Collection: The data collected will be used solely for the purpose of identifying users and managing points. We will not use your email address to send spam or advertisements.

  3. Data Protection: We are committed to protecting your personal information and ensuring its confidentiality. We will take all necessary measures to safeguard your data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

Usage Guidelines

  1. Earning Points: Users can earn points by engaging in various activities such as playing games, daily sign-ins, commenting, solving CTF problems, and participating in physical activities.

  2. Redeeming Points: Points earned can be exchanged for merchandise available within our community in SCAICT Store.

  3. Prohibited Activities:

    • Any form of cheating or exploitation to earn points.
    • Harassment or abuse of other users.
    • Sharing or attempting to use the Bot outside of the designated server.

Modifications and Updates

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users through our Discord server. Continued use of the Bot after any modifications implies acceptance of the updated terms.

Liability

We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the Bot. Users assume full responsibility for their actions and interactions within the Bot.

Avatar and Design Rights

The avatar for SCAICT uwu is designed by Elvis Mao and Ruishu. While you are welcome to share the avatar within the context of our community and related activities, it cannot be used as your own trademark or for commercial purposes. All rights to the SCAICT uwu avatar and associated designs are reserved by SCAICT. Unauthorized use or reproduction of the avatar for personal or commercial gain is prohibited.

Reporting Security Issues and Bugs

We take the security and functionality of the Bot seriously. If you encounter any security issues or bugs while using the Bot, please report them to us promptly. Your cooperation helps us improve the Bot and ensures a safer and more enjoyable experience for all users.

Reporting Guidelines

  1. Detailed Description: Please provide a detailed description of the vulnerability, including steps to reproduce it, so that we can effectively analyze and fix the issue.
  2. Fix Time: Please allow us a reasonable amount of time to implement a fix and address the vulnerability.
  3. Data Protection: Do not attempt to access, alter, or destroy data belonging to other users.
  4. Testing Impact: When testing, please minimize the impact on other users' normal usage.

Rewards

To show our appreciation, we offer the following rewards for valid reports:

  1. Certificate of Appreciation: We will issue a certificate of appreciation for valid vulnerability reports.
  2. Hall of Fame: Your contribution will be displayed on the Credits page of our official website to recognize your efforts.
  3. Points: You will receive points that can be used within our server or exchanged for our community merchandise.
